Mission Statement
The FOP Outreach Programs include but are not limited to the Disaster Response Unit, Peer Wellness Specialist Team, Project Blue Life, Chaplaincy, research into Law Enforcement related concerns, benevolent medical support for members and families, and others as may be added by approval of the Board of Directors and agreed to by the IL-FOP Board of Trustees.
The FOP outreach is subject to oversight from the parent corporation “The Illinois Fraternal Order of Police State Lodge”. The formation of the Outreach programs Inc. provides a method to receive a tax-deductible donation(s) from those persons and organizations which wish to support the functions of the Fraternal Order of Police in its’ benevolent, educational, and charitable efforts for members and public safety field at large.
